Flagship case studies

A closer look at two projects.

Afia Beauty case study

Afia Beauty

From Instagram-only to a full storefront in 4 weeks

The problem
Afia was managing orders through DM screenshots and lost sales when messages piled up. She needed a real storefront that took orders even while she slept.
What we did
We built a mobile-first catalog with MoMo checkout, an order-status page and a WhatsApp handover for delivery. Paid over 3 months.
The outcome
Launched in 4 weeks. 1,200+ monthly visitors, average 42 orders/month within the first quarter, and zero missed sales.
Filipika Foundation case study

Filipika Foundation

An accessible learning platform, built by an accessibility-first team

The problem
Filipika trains visually impaired learners in ICT. Their existing site couldn't be navigated by a screen reader and enrolments were happening entirely by phone.
What we did
We rebuilt the site around semantic HTML, keyboard navigation and clear focus states, and added a simple enrolment form that emails and WhatsApps the team.
The outcome
Screen-reader friendly across all pages. +180% enrolments in three months and a growing waitlist for the next cohort.
