What we collect

• Details you send us - name, email, phone number and project description submitted through our contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Basic technical data - page requests, approximate region, browser type, collected in aggregate to keep the site fast and secure.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver work you have commissioned, and meet our accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site uses only functional storage required for it to work (for example, keeping an administrator signed in). We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing and processors

Enquiry and hosting data may be processed by the infrastructure providers we use to run the site and our email. They act on our instructions only. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for 6 years to satisfy tax and contractual requirements.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email benoforikeys@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
