Terms of service
These terms apply to design, development, training and support work carried out by TechvissionGh. A signed quote or a paid deposit means you accept them.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that list is new scope and is quoted separately before it begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Payments and installments
Standard schedule is 50% deposit, 25% at design sign-off and 25% before launch. Larger builds may be split into four milestones. Each payment is tied to a deliverable. If a payment is missed, work pauses - nothing is deleted - until a new schedule is agreed. Deposits cover work already performed and are non-refundable.
Your responsibilities
You provide content, brand assets and approvals in good time, and confirm you have the right to use any material you supply. Timelines assume feedback within 3 business days at each review point.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included at each review stage. Further rounds, or changes requested after sign-off, are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Ownership and handover
On final payment, ownership of the delivered site, its content and its credentials transfers to you. Domains and hosting are registered in your name. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Support and warranty
Defects in delivered work are fixed free of charge for 30 days after launch. Ongoing maintenance, hosting management and content updates are covered by a separate support plan.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outages caused by third-party hosting, domain or payment providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. See also our privacy policy.
